BY USING YOUR CRAZY CONTROLLERZ ACCESSORY, YOU AGREE TO THIS WARRANTY. 

 

BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR CONTROLLER, PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY IN DETAIL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR CONTROLLER. RETURN IT TO CRAZY CONTROLLERZ UNUSED FOR A REFUND. CONTACT CRAZY CONTROLLERZ BY EMAILING SUPPORT@CRAZYCONTROLLERZ.COM. 

 

This warranty is distinct and separate from any product warrantees owed by retailers or manufacturers under any law applicable to You. It is intended to grant You specific rights within the limits of what is permissible under such law and not to limit your rights under applicable statutory product warranty provisions. This warranty cannot be transferred to a third party.

 

1. DEFENITIONS

When used in this warranty, the following terms will be deemed to mean:​

• “Warranty Period” for the Crazy Controllerz controller means (1) year from the date You purchased it.

• “You & Your” means the original end-user throughout this Crazy Controllerz Warranty document.

• “Normal Use Conditions” means ordinary customer use under normal home conditions according to the Crazy Controllerz instruction manual for the wireless controller.

 

2. DURATION

Without prejudice to any statutory warranty rights to which You may be entitled under applicable law, Crazy Controllerz provides this Limited Warranty for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the Product when purchased from an authorized Crazy Controllerz retailer. Customers who successfully complete and submit the Crazy Controllerz Extended Warranty registration process shall receive an extended warranty coverage period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase of the Product. The extended warranty coverage applies only upon successful registration and verification by Crazy Controllerz.

 

3. TERRITORY

You acknowledge that specific export laws and regulations may apply to You depending on which country you reside. You agree to comply with all such rules and regulations if you export Your controller. 

 

4. WARRANTY

During the Warranty Period granted to You only, the Crazy Controllerz controller will not malfunction under Normal Use Conditions.

 

5. PROCESS TO OBTAIN THE WARRANTY SERVICE

• Before starting the warranty process, please use the instruction manual and quick-start guide provided to help resolve issues.

• Register your warranty at www.crazycontrollerz.com/registerwarranty.

• If the quick-start guide and instruction manual does not resolve Your problem, please contact support@crazycontrollerz.com for further help. 

• Before sending Your controller to Crazy Controllerz for service, make sure to keep a copy of any data You want to save and delete anything you want to keep confidential.

 

6. CRAZY CONTROLLERZ RESPONSIBILITY 

• After You return Your controller, Crazy Controllerz will examine it.

• If Crazy Controllerz determines that the controller malfunctioned within the Warranty Period and under Normal Use Conditions, Crazy Controllerz will either repair, replace, or refund the purchase cost to You. Repairs may use refurbished parts, while replacements may be replaced with a new or refurbished unit.

• After repair or replacement, your controller will still be covered under the original Warranty Period from when you purchased your controller.

• If your controller malfunctions after the Warranty Period has expired, warranty will not be permitted.  

 

7. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Crazy Controllerz warranty will be voided if controller is:

• Damaged by use with products not supported by controller.

• Used for commercial purposes.

• Controller is opened, modified, or tampered with or if the warranty sticker is removed.

• Damaged by external cause (dropped, crushed, or failure to follow instructions and warnings in instruction manual).

 

8. EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES

UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED UNDER ANY LOCAL LAW APPLICABLE TO YOU, CRAZY CONTROLLERZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CRAZY CONTROLLERZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY, PROFITS, OR ANY INABILITY TO USE YOUR CRAZY CONTROLLERZ CONTROLLER.  THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY EVEN IF CRAZY CONTROLLERZ HAS BEEN ADVISED AT THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES.

 

9. CHOICE OF LAW

This Warranty is subject to and construed in accordance with the law of Your country of residence, regardless of conflict of laws and principles.
